                                  AGENDA FOR GENERAL MEETING

                             TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY 24th January 2008

1          Welcome and opening of meeting

President welcomes members and guests.    Declares meeting open

2          Apologies and Circulation of Attendance Book

Attendance book to be circulated and signed by all attending meeting.   Apologies listed and Leave of Absence to be granted.

3          Minutes of November 2007 meeting

4          Matters arising out of the previous minutes

To be discussed under reports, correspondence inward and General business as listed

5          Reports 

5.1       Treasurer;-      Financial report for  period ending 1st January  2008      

5.2       Show Secretary;-         Report to be presented.

6          New Members; Renewals & Resignations 

7          Notice of motion

Fundraising - this item to remain on Agenda

8          Correspondence Inward  

Secretary submits all correspondence received prior to the meeting

Move that Inward Correspondence be accepted

9          Matters arising out of Correspondence Inward

10        Correspondence Outward  

Secretary submits copies of all outward correspondence since last meeting

            Move that Secretary’s actions be endorsed

11        Matters arising out of Correspondence Outward 

12        Other or General Business for discussion

Memebers now have facility through the club website, for submission of matters to be raised in club meetings. Matters must be in the hands of the secretary no later than one week prior to date of meeting.

13        Date of next meeting             General Meeting.   Wednesday 28th March 2008  in the Stewards  Room, Castle Hill Showground, commencing 7.p.m.   Unless otherwise notified
